Our Bishop, Robert McElroy, has called a Synod on marriage and family life. It will be October 29th and 30th. He wants each Pastor to send a representative to the Synod where they will discuss how to help form young people in God’s vision of marriage, how to best prepare couples for marriage, help families live out the vision, and minister to divorced people. We ask for your prayers to the Holy Spirit and the Holy Family for its success in building up our families in the life of the Gospel. Fr. Brian Hayes.
