January 18 – January 25 is the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity. This year’s theme is “You shall love the Lord your God … and your neighbor as yourself.” The theme highlights the call to charity, mercy and justice which is shared by all Christians as brothers and sisters in Christ.
The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops has published materials for use during the WPCU, including reflections for the week of prayer: Additionally, the Graymoor Ecumenical and Interreligious Institute has published sample prayers for the general intercessions which may be used during the week’s liturgies: https://geii.org/week_of_prayer_for_christian_unity/prayer_worship/sample_prayers.html
