Thanks to the members of our new Knights of Columbus council, who prepared the wonderful lunch last week to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. I was amazed to see the great turnout, after both the 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Masses. It was a great community builder. They had sold 125 tickets in advance, and I understand they ended up serving over 300 plates of food! I’m glad there was enough food for all, and some leftover meat for me to take home! We look forward to doing it again soon.
